Frequently Asked Questions
Straightforward answers to the questions companies and capital providers ask most. Clarity, before anything else.
Are you a lender or a broker?
No. Avation Partners is an independent capital advisory firm. We do not lend, we do not take custody of funds, and we are not a financing marketplace. We prepare companies for institutional capital and facilitate strategic introductions.
What is the Avation Institutional Readiness Framework™?
Our proprietary methodology, structured as two movements separated by one gate. Movement One prepares the company. The Institutional Readiness Review at Phase 3 is the gate. Movement Two prepares the market, and opens only once that gate has been cleared.
Do you guarantee funding?
No. No responsible advisor can. We prepare companies to meet institutional standards and align them with appropriate capital providers; outcomes depend on the market and the opportunity.
Who do you work with?
Companies raising capital (real estate developers, private and operating companies, growth-stage businesses, funds, sponsors, and acquisition groups) and, on the other side, sophisticated capital providers.
How are you compensated?
We work on a monthly subscription rather than hourly billing or a fixed-scope project fee. Institutional Essentials is $2,500 per month and covers Movement One, Phases 1 through 5, including the Institutional Readiness Review. Institutional Advantage is $5,000 per month and covers all nine phases, adding Movement Two, where we prepare the market, facilitate strategic introductions, and support the transaction. Enterprise pricing is custom, for private equity firms, family offices, and investment groups that need oversight at portfolio scale. Every plan includes access to the secure Client Portal. Pricing is subject to a mutual fit assessment, and final terms are confirmed in the engagement agreement. We do not charge for an initial conversation.See what each plan includes
